BGAN EXPLORER 500 Merupakan terminal INMARSAT generasi ke 4 yang mampu menyediakan layanan telepon, Fax dan Data ddalam cakupan layanan satelit INMARSAT BGAN. Inmarsat Broadband Global Area Network ( BGAN ) merupakan jasa layanan satelit bergerak dengan kecepatan data sampai 432 Kbps dan voice telephone. Layanan ini baru di luncurkan pada tahun 2006 mencakup Eropa, Timur Tengah , Afrika , Amerika dan Asia.
